  • I hereby apply to have the unsold lots in the subdivision indicated below granted the multiple lot discount under the authority of Section 12-43-224, and 12-43-225, Code of Laws for South Carolina, 1976, as amended. I certify that all lots for which this discount is requested are wholly owned in fee and were not under a Contract for Sale, Bond for Title, or other similar documents a of December 31st , last.

  • Please upload a file that includes a list of every lot for which the multi lot discount is being requested. Please format the list in table style with 4 columns. The first column will be the lot number, second column will be the tax map number, third column will be the asking price, the fourth column will be the asking price for the previous year. ANY FILE UPLOADED IN A DIFFERENT FORMAT OR WITHOUT THE REQUIRED INFORMATION WILL VOID YOUR APPLICATION. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF THIS IS THE CASE.
